Inexpensive date advice?

My boyfriend and I are going out friday and i want us to have a romantic night out. because we both havent had a friday night off together in like forever. and that will be the night that we have been going out for a year and 8 months. so do any of you have an advice on a inexpensive romantic date?Inexpensive date advice?
Romantic is the mood, not necessarily the Location. One of mine and my husbands favorite dates was to purchase a coffee at Barnes and Noble, bum around looking at funny titles, outlandish books, and playing a silly version of hide and seek. Now we do it at the grocery store, it's still a blast! Of course taking a candle lit bath or shower together is lovely, after the takeout, the rousing game of scrabble and the bottle of Shiraz is gone!Inexpensive date advice?
mac D's and blockbuster!!!!!!!
You could go on a picnic or something like that.
Depends on where you live, you can go for a walk together, hold hands, , or just stay at home and make him a candle lit dinner. then you can curl up and watch a movie together. If you have kids, get a babysitter.
Rent a movie and order take out. And get something really naughty for dessert! LOL
A surprise. anything will be a great date as long as you can surprise him with it.
where do you live? i'd picnic it, at the beach or lake or somewhere nice (and safe). i'm from san diego, i've done nice picnics at the beach, local parks, %26amp; balboa park. just remember that some places don't allow glass, so be prepared for that. bring things that don't have to be hot: fruits, salads, i've made really nice sandwiches (so not romantic, but hey - you gotta eat!). if you have something that can keep stuff hot, then by all means, use it and make something nice. don't forget the wine/champagne (i love asti, inexpensive - like $5-$6 and not bitter) and glasses! or a nice big blanket! candles are a nice touch, but difficult on lumpy ground.

most important - being together! have fun, you can even make a round of mini golf romantic if you want to.
pack a pick -nick luch or dinner and go to the park (any park). you could watch a movie at his or your house.
