Need advice on how to date a girl?

I need some help on trying to get this girl to go out with me. She broke up with her boyfriend about 2 weeks ago, but she still see's him, since he lives right next door. I talk to her and we hang out a couple of times. We both work with each other and I want to know how would I get her to like me even more?Need advice on how to date a girl?

Continue to hang out with her. G\ive it another week and if she seems to be into you, ask her out. Make sure you compliment her, but not excessively. Be observant. Say things like, ';Your eyes look exceptionally pretty today.'; It sounds cheesy, but will make her feel special. Be sincere. Be honest. If she is having any problems, and informs you of them, give her good advice. You also may want to invite her to the movies with a group of friends, or out to dinner. THis might give both you and her an idea of what it would be like if you were dating.
Well if she already broke up with the guy than all you really need to do is let her get to know you more. Talk to her whenever you get the chance, make a few jokes here and there and just basically get to know each other even more. Eventually you can just ask her out on a date. If things turn out well than more dates are sure to follow. Best of luck to you!
Just flirt with her and give her little signals that you like her. And if she shows you that she likes you then you should make a move on her. If you are to shy to tell her then get someone who you both know to tell her text her or email her and tell her that you like her.





But if you think that it will ruin your friendship then don't.

Step up!,Ask her to go on a date and no not just to the pizza place downtown.I mean out to the movies and to dinner(and don't ask her if you still live your parents please,your going to be embarrassed!,If the guy is next door,move fast get going!

You cannot get anybody to like you, it has to happen by itself, looks like she will stay with her boyfriend, and I don't recommend you pursue her, especially since you work together, job relationships will never work out, it will affect your job.
It's good that you work together, that gives you an excuse to hang out with her! Here's what I think you should do:


1. Start talking to her more at work, casually. Just ask her how her day is going and stuff like that.


2. If she seems to like talking to you, then you should be a little bit flirty. Like go out of your way to be nice to her and pay attention to her. She might start to think you like her.


3. Ask her for her number and if she can text. Text her every now and then, don't call. Text her especially when you have something funny to say about work or whatever and SOMETIMES just to say what's up. Don't ask what's up too much though


4. Ask her to hang out with a group of mutual friends. Plan to go to a movie or a party with people you both know (if you have mutual friends). So, you can be like hey me and whoever else are going to see I Love You Man or whatever. Make sure to sit by her and pay attention to her when you hang out! If you don't have mutual friends, you can ask her to come hang out with you and your friends, if they would be cool around a girl you like.


4. If she seems to have fun, ask her to hang out with you by yourself. You can invite her to whatever - a concert, a movie. Don't invite her just to chill at your house yet.


5. By now, she will know you like her. If she seems to push you away, not answer texts, or say no to hanging out for stupid reasons, she may not like you too. The fact that she sees her ex still isn't really good for you, but who knows! She could be looking for someone to listen to her now that's she's single. If she doesn't act like she likes you, stop inviting her to things, but be really casual and nice at work. If she does act like she likes you, keep hanging out and talk about deeper stuff. Eventually, you can ask her to be your girlfriend.
