Well, if you go out to eat, get her chair, pay for her (although I'm hoping thats a given), ask her questions and listen to her answers and remember them for other conversations. Figure out what movie SHE wants to see, and take her to that. Or surprise her and take her to go mini golfing and some ice cream afterwards. Just be a gentleman, hold her hand not her butt. Walk her up to the door and make sure she's inside before leaving. Kiss her softly and sweetly :]

I love it when my boyfriend just texts me a smiley face out of the blue. That's pretty cute.
